WhatsApp Cloud API

To send WhatsApp messages, the following secrets must be configured: WHATSAPP_ACCESS_TOKEN and WHATSAPP_PHONE_NUMBER_ID. Get them from your Meta Business app (WhatsApp → API Setup).

Email sending uses Lovable's built-in email — no setup required for basic sends.

Unsubscribed contacts

Customers who have opted out of email newsletters. Click Resubscribe to re-enable sending to them (only do this with their consent).
